How far in advance do I need to place an order?The sooner the better is best. We do require 3 days notice for our boxes and boards. Our Grazescapes require at least 14 days notice, but please plan ahead as we do book up early.

What is your cancellation policy?We are unable to give refunds once the order has been placed. This is due to the time it takes to source and purchase the products for your special box, board, or grazescape.

Do I need to pre-pay and how do I pay?Every order will be sent a Square invoice via email with payment options.

Can the boards be delivered to my event?Delivery can be accommodated but the price listed on the website is for pickup only. Please include the address to where the board will be delivered and we will schedule delivery and include that on the quote.

I forgot to give at least 3 days notice, will you allow me to still order?We will certainly try our very best to accommodate your order. We certainly understand life! There may be a rush fee included.

Can I transport the boards easily in my own car?Yes! All grazing boards are wrapped and will fit on your car seat for easy transportation.

Can my Grazescape be decorated with greenery and risers?Yes! You may choose to use greenery and/or flowers to use around the Grazescape. We also have risers, tiers, and other stunning pieces to elevate your Grazescape.

Can I make substitutions to my grazescape?Absolutely! We do create the Grazescapes so the selections complement each other and tantalize your taste buds. If you have a request, please let us know.

What is included in the Special Event Delivery Fee?Set-up and delivery is included in the fee.

What type of Event is the Grazescpace for?(Wedding, Shower, Birthday, Anniversary, etc)

How long do you hold my date after you have given me a quote?We would like communication received from you within 5 business days, and then an Invoice will be sent that will require the deposit to be made.

What happens if my guest count changes?"We will provide a quote based on the number you provide. To secure the date, a 50% down payment is required. Three weeks before the event, we will ask you to confirm the total number of guests, and then your final bill will be adjusted accordingly."

Do you stay for the Event and Clean afterwards?Normally, we don't usually stay for the event. However, we have some clients who would like us to stay to maintain the Grazescape and handle the clean-up afterward. An additional fee applies for this service..

What do I need to do after my Event?If the Grazescape is designed as a Flat-lay, then everything on it is disposable. You simply roll up the paper and discard any remaining items. If the Grazescape is elevated, please remove all of the items on the check-off sheet that we provide and set them aside. You will have 3 days to return the items to us. The remaining Grazescape should be rolled up and discarded. Also, please don't forget to give us a wonderful review!

Can I customize my Grazescape?"Absolutely, we customize each Grazescape according to the client's preferences."

What's included in the cost?Our cost takes into account the price of food, the time required for preparation and setup of the Grazescape, as well as delivery.

What do you provide?We provide the Butcher Paper to design the Grazescape and we provide all serving utensils for the Grazescape.

What do I need to provide?Please ensure that you have a suitable hosting location with a flat area for us to create the Grazescape. You can choose to use a tablecloth under our butcher paper, and please provide plates, napkins, and eating utensils for your guests.

How do I prepare for you?Please ensure that the area is prepared for the Grazescape design. Also, please make sure to have the plates, napkins, and utensils set up, either on the table or in another designated area. If placing them on the Grazescape, please position them where you would like the guests to begin.

Are there any allergies that we should be aware of?Please note that while we strive to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur as our kitchen contains both gluten and nuts Creating a personalized quote requires time and effort to ensure accuracy. As a small business, we value our clients and kindly request that you let us know if you would like to move forward with our services or if you have chosen a different path.
